Our Interns are Always on the Go

Job shadowing opportunities allow interns to explore different departments, build new skills, and discover areas of interest.

Launching Leaders Program

Farm Credit will award any Farm Credit interning student, from a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or active member of Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS), a $3,500 Launching Leaders Stipend in hopes of both attracting students to choose Farm Credit internships and helping remove cost as a barrier to interested students. Farm Credit is a mission-driven system of cooperative lending institutions and supporting agriculture and rural communities is an integral part of our mission.
